Remember that time I came back?

I was stateside for one year and then I headed back to SFS and Seoul because my great principal offered me the position again! It was great being stateside (although in the middle of nowhere and by myself) in order to be closer to my loved ones and finish my PreK-12 School Counseling license.

Although I had finished my degree 3 years prior (M.Ed) and completing my practicum hours while still in school (300 hours maybe? I don't know. It's been a long time), I still had to obtain my physical teaching license for school counseling and the only way to do so was to be a school counselor full time (VA Dept. of Ed and their rules).

Well, October of that school year came around and so did my PreK-12 School Counseling endorsement (and of course my renewal for my PreK-12 Spanish endorsement). I was still in touch with my principal Lynn and told her about my desire to pursue international again. With a few emails back and forth and people giving their notices at SFS to leave, the door was open for me to go back and I'm so glad Lynn and the Head of School offered the job!

Fast forward to August of 2013 and I was back on a plane to wonderful Seoul, Korea for another two years (which turned into 3!). This is meant to be a sequel for Adventurous Seoul and so I can print it out and turn it into a book.
